Creepiest, dilapidated place I've ever seen. Should be condemned. "guide" knew very little and only one working there so couldn't provide tour.

The castle itself is pretty cool, but it's seriously falling apart. So why do I give it 5 stars? The staff. We were made very welcome, and they made conversation the whole time we were there. You can tell they care a great deal about this castle, and I really wish they could receive the funding to restore it to it's full potential.

Beautiful place. The house has some amazing items. And...you may see a ghost ;)

Worth visiting. Contrasting conditons depending on the room; some are almost showroom quality and others have suffered badly from the elements. The local guide was friendly and seemed genuinely interested this piece of history. Hopefully the owner can find the funds needed to save / preserve it for the years ahead.

I lived across the street and the owner is super nice her name is Denise daven

If you want to see a rad castle and support a good cause at the same time, please do consider visiting!

While the overall shape of the castle may not be perfect, there are tons and tons of really cool furniture and decorations. The interior of this place is absolutely gorgeous. I especially recommend the art gallery, with lots of natural light and a respectably large statue in the center, this room is definitely something to see.
